As a B2B Product Manager (m/f/d) for Customer Engagement and Growth, you will be part of our Product Management team at our headquarters in Immenstadt in the Allgäu region. Here, all measures for product development and enhancement of our entire product lines - Web, Mobile/App, Cartography, Print, and Online Marketing - in both the B2C and B2B markets are driven forward.

You are responsible for the operationalization of the product strategy in the B2B business environment.

You are responsible for the implementation of projects to further develop the B2B products in terms of user-friendliness, quality, and functionality.

This includes considering and incorporating best practices in the context of customer journey, UX design, analytics tools, and methods from agile project management.

You organize usability tests, evaluate feedback from customers, users, or internal stakeholders, and derive corresponding action measures.
