The focus of your studies will be on robot and control technology in the complex production facilities of the automotive industry.


You will learn how to plan and implement automation concepts, simulate and program robot movements, and play a leading role in the installation and commissioning of body-in-white production systems.

The use of joining techniques and the constant technological progress make your tasks diverse and varied.


Training content at EBZ:

  • Basics of metal processing and electrical engineering
  • Introduction to PLC technology and robot programming
  • Planning of production facilities from the perspective of automation technology
  • Creation of 3D robot simulations and conducting cycle time analyses and accessibility studies
  • Simulation of production processes as part of virtual commissioning
  • Assembly and commissioning of production systems in the factory and at the customer's site
  • Support of our project teams, taking into account deadlines, costs, and quality
  • Preparation of practical, project, and bachelor's thesis in the product area
