    Jaguar Bolera is launching its innovative approach to hospitality and is seeking authentic, thoughtful, and dynamic individuals to help us connect with the Raleigh community.

    The Role:

    We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team of Food Runners. Food Runners play a crucial role in connecting the kitchen with guests, ensuring efficient counter service delivery. They are responsible for swiftly delivering food to the correct guest while maintaining a high standard of service.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Greeting guests warmly
    • Delivering food accurately using location tracking technology
    • Communicating dish details and addressing any allergies or modifications
    • Guiding guests on enjoying their experience
    • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
    • Resolving guest concerns professionally
    • Collaborating with team members to maintain a positive atmosphere
    • Prioritizing safety in all areas of operation

    Who We're Looking For:

    • Individuals with exceptional customer service skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Positive attitude and willingness to exceed guest expectations
    • Previous experience in customer-facing roles preferred

    Requirements:

    • Meet state minimum age for serving alcohol
    • Completion of Food Safety training
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs
    • Availability for flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
    • Proficient with technology and point of sales systems
    • Desire to learn and develop in the role
