Salary:
$50,000 - $60,000 + Bonus Opportunities based on performance

Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, _with flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed. Please live within a 30 minute commute of the office and have a personal vehicle for occasional work-related tasks._

Responsibilities:


  • Craft compelling marketing campaigns that showcase our properties and services in the most captivating light.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials across various channels, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Delight clients and leads with exceptional marketing initiatives and service, fostering referrals and building lasting relationships.
  • Plan and execute client events that leave a lasting impression at a high level.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Serve as a righthand to stakeholders.
  • Keep our client database uptodate, ensuring seamless communication and targeted marketing efforts. Stay ahead of the game by following up on leads.
  • Bring your creativity to the table by developing dazzling marketing collateral and organizing unforgettable client events.
  • Dive deep into market research and consumer insights, compiling insightful reports that drive our marketing strategies and success.
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of marketing campaigns, keeping a tight ship and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Support our team in meeting marketing goals and objectives, because teamwork makes the dream work
  • Implement and maintain systems that boost productivity and efficiency across marketing operations and the board.
  • Assist with budgeting and recordkeeping for marketing initiatives, ensuring optimal resource allocation. Every penny counts in our journey to success.

Qualifications:


  • At least 2 years of marketing experience is required, especially in real estate or servicebased industries.
  • Familiarity with real estate marketing strategies and best practices is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in or willingness to learn tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CRMs, and marketing automation platforms is essential.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • While previous real estate experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
