- Onboarding new client relationships by processing client data into new account forms, ensuring completeness and accuracy, and entering data into the CRM.
- Supporting clients and advisors in providing account information, processing forms, and maintaining records in a timely manner
- Being proactive in resolving clients' issues and concerns in a professional and pleasant manner
- Maintaining a professional rapport with clients via phone support, correspondence, and CRM notes
- Obtaining comfort and proficiency with the firm's software, including client relationship management (CRM), DocuSign, MS Office suite, and custodial platforms
- Comply with and become well-versed in industry rules and regulations and firm policies
- Experience collecting required information, processing forms, and maintaining accurate data
- Confidence in handling phone calls and speaking to clients
- Superior interpersonal and client service skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
- Preferred: 2+ years of industry experience
