- Strong financial operations and financial planning & analysis experience
- Knowledge of accounting systems, ERPsystems, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), and financialreporting
- Strong cost accounting background
- Proven experience with OneStream (or another leading financial consolidation system, such as Hyperion Financial Management)
- Excellent problem solving abilities through cross-functional collaboration
- Expert with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels throughout the organization, including executive management
- Ability to balance multiplepriorities and adjust workload as needed
- Ability to work under tightdeadlines
- Ability to travel up to 5%
- 5-10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
- MBA or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting a plus

This role is be responsiblefor supporting and developing new and existing initiatives to drive revenue andEPS growth across the company's 16 performance center P&Ls. Accurateforecasting and the ability to impact the numbers through action are criticalskills for this role, as well as having a knack for teaching and trainingothers. This is a high visibility role and the candidate must be able tocomplete assignments with tight deadlines and communicate results to theexecutive management team. Assignments will range in scope but will follow theultimate goal of driving actions to improve the financial results of thecompany.
