Job Description Job Description BrightStar Care of Brighton is looking for a caring, motivated individual who is interested in taking their caregiving skills to the next levelBrightStar Care currently has a Care Specialist position available.
This would be an elevated role which ensures that our clients experience seamless care during transition periods, such as hospitalizations / discharges, or onboarding of a new client.
The care specialist would be expected to ensure that the client has the support they need during these times.Care Specialist Job Benefits:

If you are not sent on a shift, you must be in office from 8:30am-5pm on those 4 days of your choice.
Anything over your 40 hours weekday position would be paid out at overtime pay.Responsibilities:
Must be prepared to leave for work within 30 minutes during your scheduled hours.
We will try to schedule shifts with as much advanced notice as possible, but there will be last minute scheduling and changes.
Assist with office workAssist with field workDrop off suppliesProvide training for caregiversIntroduce new caregivers and field staff to clientsRequirements:Must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle background checkCNA license is preferred, but not requiredHigh school diploma or GEDValid Drivers License and auto insurance with a reliable vehicleAdhere to HIPPA and maintain client confidentialityMandatory CEUsMust be ok to work around petsAbility to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectivelyMust be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.
Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.Must be able to lift up to 50 poundsWe are strongly considering candidates with experience as a CNA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide/Assistant, or similar positions.
