South Sumter Industrial Mechanic Apprenticeship (m/f/d) 2024

The vocational training at Heidelberg offers young people diverse and interesting development opportunities and perspectives. Nationwide, more than 300 apprentices and students are continuously trained in various apprenticeships and dual degree programs.

Focus of the training:

  • Learning basic knowledge of manual and mechanical material processing through varied project work
  • Manufacturing and assembling complex components and printing systems in teamwork
  • Programming and operating modern systems and machining centers
  • Controlling and regulating pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  • Independent learning and working
  • Quality-conscious action

Personal requirements:

  • Friendly demeanor

  • Sense of responsibility
  • Technical understanding
  • Basic knowledge of information technology/PC skills

Duration of training:
* 3.5 years with good performance, possible reduction to 3 years

Perspectives:

  • Deployment in various areas of industrial mass production, e.g. production, assembly, maintenance and quality assurance
  • In addition, there are a variety of professional training and further education courses as well as opportunities for further development.
