    Position Overview

    Providing best in class client service is a hallmark of Blue Owl.

    The Institutional Business Development team is adding a Vice President of Client Service to allow the firm to continue to support our client base with an exceptional and bespoke client service experience.

    The Institutional Client Service Vice President will have direct client coverage across the Blue Owl investment verticals and will work with the broader business development team to coordinate all client service activities with a focus on delivering the ultimate client experience.

    This position is critical to creating positive client experiences. A successful candidate will be client-focused and committed to developing creative solutions.

    This role is in office Monday through Thursday.

    Job Responsibilities


    • The Vice President will be responsible for all aspects of client service including management and execution of all interactions with institutional clients including portfolio update meetings, firm updates, general client and ad hoc meetings
    • Develop strong client relationships to allow for Blue Owl to deliver optimal client service to our institutional clients
    • Coordinate and execute client service activities, resolving client inquiries, executing client meetings
    • Running onsite client due diligence sessions and manage associated operational due diligence
    • Maintain client dashboards and handling day-to-day client requests
    • Process tasks and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner
    • Manage relationships with clients and internal teams
    • Work to resolve any clients needs in a timely manner
    • Ability to articulate Blue Owl's products, fund strategies, and deals in great detail
    • Manage and execute LPAC meetings for the Institutional Business Development team
    Qualifications


    • 7+ years of relevant client service experience at a financial services firm
    • Always focused on client needs and customer service
    • Detail-oriented
    • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
    • Team player with the ability to collaborate across the firm
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, changing environment
    • Self-motivated, assertive, proactive, independent and flexible
    • Expert in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Experience with Salesforce a plus


    It is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be $125,000 to $175,000.

    Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
