Schedule:
Monday - Friday (8:00am - 4:30pm).

Summary:

The ERP Data Management Specialist will work closely with the ERP team and the Director of ERP Operations to create and maintain data within the company's ERP system.

Main Duties amp; Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product Development, Remove, Quality and Accounting teams to maintain accurate costing of materials and subassemblies.
Execute new product release launches by working with Product Development, Manufacturing, and Finance to set up ERP systems with part numbers, BOMs, revisions, routings, and costing.
Ensure consistency and accuracy of SKU data structure.
Identify deficiencies and errors in the system and work to maintain an accurate data base.
Works closely with Manufacturing to resolve issues related to the materials list and/or routings.
Understanding of manufacturing process, remove and product components to successfully configure systems in support of business processes.
Upload data to ERP using Data Loader.
Utilizing the ERP system to prepare work orders for Manufacturing.
Respond to requests for information and access relevant files.
Remove.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements:

2 + years data management experience Prior experience with ERP software systems (such as Rootstock) Experience with Bills of Material (BOM), process routings and production process documents. The ability to multitask and meet deadlines. The ability to work in a team environment. Strong communication skills. A high attention to detail.
