What can you expect?

  • You will set up and prepare the extrusion blow molding machine for the production of plastic bubbles (inlays for steel barrels)
  • You are responsible for the smooth production process
  • You ensure compliance with quality requirements and process parameters, check and carry out daily production tasks
  • You perform preventive maintenance as well as maintenance and care of machines, systems and tools and implement the corresponding documentation
  • You carry out repair measures on the systems and work together with all production departments as well as quality and environmental management
  • You support production employees in the correct operation of the systems and take on higher-level in-house tasks, such as fire safety officer

What should you bring?

  • You have successfully completed training as a process mechanic for plastic and rubber technology
  • You ideally have knowledge of handling relevant plastic machine controls
  • You are familiar with hydraulic and pneumatic systems and have initial user experience with extrusion blow molding machines
  • You are responsible, a team player and have strong communication skills
  • You have a strong sense of quality
  • You have secure German language skills in spoken and written form
