- Enroll referrals within the 14-day time limit.
- Document initial contacts with clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all case management/counseling sessions. Input all data into JEVS/WR database.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all client information including electronic, hard copy, and filing system.
- In conjunction with the Clinical Staff, develop, prepare, and complete the Service Plans.
- Associate Degree
- 2 years relevant experience preferred.
- Car preferred. Extensive Inner-City travel required.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.

Description
We have an exciting opportunity as an Intake Specialist. Work Ready provides a comprehensive set of employment-oriented services to those receiving Public Assistance benefits, including those who require specific help managing barriers to self-sufficiency.
This role, located in our Work Ready office, blocks from City Hall in Center City Philadelphia, offers flexibility and a hybrid environment. This position is full-time, 35 hours per week.

The base pay for this position ranges from $35,000 to $47,500 and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
