    Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist

    Location: Palmetto, Florida (Hybrid position - 3 days office/2 days remote)

    Summary: We are looking for a proactive Email Marketing Specialist to join our team at IT WORKS. In this role, you will be in charge of executing our broadcast email strategy, creating engaging email templates, managing assets, handling translations, and analyzing campaign performance. Additionally, you will have the chance to contribute to lifecycle-driven email marketing initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement email templates according to our broadcast email strategy.
    • Create compelling copy and choose relevant visuals to boost email engagement.
    • Manage assets like images, graphics, and videos for email campaigns.
    • Coordinate translations to effectively reach diverse audiences.
    • Analyze email campaign performance using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
    • Offer insights and suggestions for improving email content and targeting based on campaign data.
    • Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment of email marketing efforts with overall objectives.
    • Participate in the development and execution of lifecycle-driven email marketing campaigns.
    • Keep updated on industry trends and best practices in email marketing to enhance campaign effectiveness.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • Previous experience in email marketing, preferably in a direct selling or e-commerce setting.
    • Proficiency in email marketing platforms like SailThru (Marigold), Klaviyo, Constant Contact, or similar tools.
    • Familiarity with A/B testing and data analysis to optimize email campaign performance.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for handling multiple projects concurrently.
    • Ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic email template customization.
    • Understanding of CRM systems and customer segmentation techniques.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
    • Enthusiasm for keeping up to date with emerging trends and technologies in email marketing.
