As a
Appointment Setter for our Central Florida market, you will conduct direct face to face marketing with homeowners to secure appointments in predetermined residential areas in a thriving industry.

• Residential face to face marketing to secure appointments with homeowners
• Proper use of CRM and canvassing software to keep track of all your daily prospecting
• General understanding of the industry to properly educate homeowners
• Basic review of homeowner's bill to identify yearly consumption and illustration of how to mitigate waste.
• Run softcredit check with confidence
• Meet or exceed company quotas for your market
• Assure all company guidelines are met to the fullest and all meetings are attended in a timely manner.

• Must be 18 years or older
• Full Time availability (evening and weekends a must)
• Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, high level of confidence, selfdirected & motivated, awesome time management, strong ethical standards
• Proven ability to follow directions and stay on task
• Industry experience preferred but willing to train
• Can exude confidence
