MANAGE OUR PROPERTIES

We are a family- and life-phase conscious employer in the heart of the Nuremberg metropolitan region for our approximately 600 employees. In our district office Fürth, you too can contribute your potential and ideas for the district, as we are looking for a/n

CARETAKER (w/m/d)
to manage our properties in the district of Fürth
(full-time - 39 hours / permanent).

BEING THERE IS EVERYTHING:

Willingness to use your own car if necessary for deployment at all of our district-owned properties (vacation and sick leave coverage)
Building maintenance and repairs - minor repairs, monitoring of building maintenance and construction measures (school buildings, shared outdoor areas, sports hall, sports field)
Technical management (school buildings, sports hall) as well as safety (supervision) and maintenance of outdoor facilities
Monitoring of building cleaning and waste disposal
Mail, house rules and goods receipt
Care of building users, students and evening bookings (events) - set-up and dismantling work
Key management/lock service in representation
Building control
