Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone systems etiquette
- Perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Conduct data entry to maintain and update records
- Handle real estate administrative tasks such as filing documents and organizing paperwork
- Demonstrate computer literacy in handling office software and tools
Experience:
- Proven experience in an office assistant role or similar position
- Proficiency in file management and record keeping
