Job description

  • Administration of the ECM / DMS system based on SER DOXIS4, as well as support for system updates and rollouts
  • Implementation of departmental requirements within our ECM / DMS environment
  • Coordination of project implementation with our external service provider
  • Responsibility for technical project initiatives to ensure system stability, performance and support
  • Monitoring, including conducting error analyses and resolutions, and documenting the system environment
  • Ensuring the operation of our ECM and MS SQL server environment and providing second-level support
