You are:

An all-rounder, cheerful, highly motivated individual, who enjoys talking to customers, has a passion for making phone calls,
is highly organized, works independently, and is 100% customer-oriented

Your main tasks:

  • Independent telephone introduction / product presentation to new customers (in the industry, B2B)
  • Determining needs and potential
  • Scheduling appointments with potential new customers
  • Sending and creating informational materials
  • Tour planning / appointment coordination for field sales (new/existing customers)
  • Independent research of addresses and contact persons
  • Creating documentation and evaluations
  • Maintaining master data and documenting conversations in the CRM system
  • Supporting sales with general administrative tasks

Our requirements for you:

  • Professional experience in customer contact (call center, sales, etc.)
  • Enjoyment of making phone calls
  • Teamwork, strong communication skills
  • Strong assertiveness and persuasion skills
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
  • Good computer skills, especially in MS Office and CRM systems
