You are:
An all-rounder, cheerful, highly motivated individual, who enjoys talking to customers, has a passion for making phone calls,
is highly organized, works independently, and is 100% customer-oriented
Your main tasks:
- Independent telephone introduction / product presentation to new customers (in the industry, B2B)
- Determining needs and potential
- Scheduling appointments with potential new customers
- Sending and creating informational materials
- Tour planning / appointment coordination for field sales (new/existing customers)
- Independent research of addresses and contact persons
- Creating documentation and evaluations
- Maintaining master data and documenting conversations in the CRM system
- Supporting sales with general administrative tasks
Our requirements for you:
- Professional experience in customer contact (call center, sales, etc.)
- Enjoyment of making phone calls
- Teamwork, strong communication skills
- Strong assertiveness and persuasion skills
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken
- Good computer skills, especially in MS Office and CRM systems
