Main Duties:
Answer all phone calls outside of regular office hours (weekdays

  • 5 pm9:00 am; weekends or holidays 8:00 am8:00 am)
Politely and efficiently resolve any client service issues, scheduling issues or adjustments

Monitor software for any missed clock-ins / outs

Answer phone calls from staff and clients; appropriately handle and document follow-up, and/or resolution of the situation

Serve as "jump and run" caregiver in times where you are unable to fill shifts. This is an essential requirement of the position

Must have experience and comfortability providing Home Health Aide level care

After Hours Scheduling Coordinator must have reliable phone service and internet access throughout their shift

After Hours Scheduling Coordinator must be available and able to answer and respond to incoming phone calls throughout their shift


Pay:
$ $100.00 per day
