Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise a team of janitorial staff to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure all areas of the facility are cleaned on a regular basis
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure that all supplies are stocked and available when needed
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, and ensure that all janitorial staff are trained in proper safety procedures
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of all areas of the facility, including restrooms, offices, and common areas
Respond to and resolve any cleaningrelated issues or concerns in a timely manner
Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all cleaning tasks have been completed to the highest standards
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and staff, and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

Two years of supervisory experience required. Additional experience may substitute for educational requirements.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety protocols
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Pay:
$50, $65,000.00 per year
