- Conduct interviews and engage with stakeholders to gather requirements for creating or reviewing current business processes and supporting documentation within the Project Management and Integration Division.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful task management and completion through effective communication and meeting facilitation.
- Attend functional meetings, providing necessary summaries and follow-up reporting as required.
- Monitor progress, promote cooperation, and provide regular progress reports to organizational leaders.
- Review internal data structures to support database administration and document storage.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Passing a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Residence within a commutable distance of Ft. Knox, KY.
- Bachelor's degree and at least three (3) years of relevant Quality Control experience.
- 2 years of experience with Army organizational procedures and regulations.
- At least 5 years of experience with Army organizational procedures and regulations.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, decision-making skills, and commitment to integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as hands-on experience with Adobe Pro.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel to other customer locations within the U.S. and territories if necessary.
- Experience in knowledge management tools and solutions for large organizations.

Evolver Federal is searching for a Business Systems Analyst to become a part of our team dedicated to assisting our DoD customer at Ft. Knox, KY.
Working together with the Program Management Office (PMO), the Quality Control Manager (QCM) plays a crucial role in ensuring contract quality by overseeing the Quality Control Plan (QCP). This plan involves tasks such as training evaluation and tracking, maintaining delivery schedules and repositories, as well as monitoring contract surveillance to ensure internal work performance standards and accuracy of cost control data. Additionally, the QCM will be responsible for compiling various reviews and updates for the PMO database.
