    Introduction

    LIA is seeking a Training Analyst/Curriculum Developer to maintain and update existing lesson plans and create new ones as needed to support the execution of each POI task. Lesson plans will be maintained using current doctrine and will provide a common platform for CST instruction.

    Major responsibilities include (not all inclusive):
    • Provide services to maintain and update the program of instruction (POI) in support of doctrinal lesson plans for BC and AC.
    • Resolve all issues that do not include doctrine, policy, procedure, or regulatory issues.
    • Provide feedback to the Chief, CST, or designee with problems with Basic Camp content/execution, who will then triage the problems and notify Training Analyst/Curriculum Developer of any required corrections.
    • Develop a tracking log for all RFIs and issues reported as well as the steps taken to answer/resolve these RFIs/issues.
    • Maintain and update a TRADOC Validated Program of Instruction document outlining resources required to conduct BASIC CAMP.
    • Maintain lesson plans to support the execution of each POI task. Lesson plans will be maintained using provided training guidance and appropriate doctrinal references.
    • View training during the summer execution cycle to ensure POIs and lesson plans are accurate and up to date.
    • Update doctrine as it changes and as training objectives and outcomes change.
    • Provide technical assistance necessary for the planning of Basic Camp.
    • Develop and submit monthly/deliverables report
    • Maintain and update a TRADOC Validated Program of Instruction document outlining resources required to conduct ADVANCE CAMP.
    • Provide a general description of course content, duration of instruction, and methods of instruction and techniques for delivery for a particular version of the course.
    • Update POIs and lesson plans with updated doctrine as it changes and as training objectives and outcomes change.
    • Provide technical assistance to the USACC G-37 necessary for the planning of Advance Camp.
    • Receive input from advisors from the Distance Learning- School of Cadet Command, and the Brigade Leaders Training Program on all technical and administrative matters.
    • Assist with the design process and updating/revising of the POI to translate analysis data into a structure or blueprint for future training with the assistance of the SMEs.
    • Assist with the development and validation of course management documents using the Army TDC program and course training materials to include lesson plans, audio visual aids, computer assisted instruction, and training packages. These products are at various stages of development/revision.
    • Updates Lesson Plans/POI as changes occur.
    • Submit the final POI package for approval.
    • Developing learning objectives, perform analysis to identify enabling learning objectives, identify skills and knowledge needed to perform required tasks, and to identify all necessary resources that are required for instruction.
    • Assist in the development and validation of course management documents using the U.S. Army's Training Development Capability (TDC) program and course training materials, maintain monthly reports, validate timecards, and ensuring invoice documents are correct.
    • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Digital Training Management System (DTMS), Army Learning Management System (LMS), Sum Total LMS and Army Training Requirements and Resource System (ATRRS) automated data management systems.
    • Estimated Travel Requirement of 10% or less to off-site training locations.

    Qualifications
    • Must have experience in technical writing curriculum as it pertains to instructional materials.
    • Must have a minimum educational level of a high school diploma.
    • Previous experience as a military Instructor/Writer or Course Manager/Developer is desirable, but not required.
    • Must be able to maintain a clearance
