Your Mission

  • You will be responsible for the sustainable application and further development of the respective project management process and its standards
  • Application, management, and maintenance of the project management system will be part of your daily tasks
  • ServiceNow (and possibly MS Project Server) project administration and maintenance, such as global user support and implementation of technical solutions
  • You will create content, coordinate and lead tool trainings
  • Creating and analyzing reports using SQL and Excel will be part of your responsibilities
  • You will support project controlling, project maintenance, and agile methodology
  • Managing general and daily PMO tasks will fall under your area of responsibility

Your Talents

  • Academic degree in a business, technical field, or equivalent program
  • Several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a regulated industry or in the medical device field
  • Experience in project management and portfolio management, as well as extensive knowledge of project management methods
  • Experience in training and educating adults
  • Ability to quickly understand new technical environments and dependencies
