Description

Responsibilities:

Provide highlevel administrative support to the President, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, and community partners.
Assist with the preparation of documents, presentations, and correspondence for meetings and events.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and communications.
Coordinate logistics for outreach activities, including transportation arrangements, equipment setup, and volunteer coordination.
Serve as a driver for the President, providing safe and efficient transportation to various locations throughout California for outreach events, meetings, and appointments.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the President.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a nonprofit or social services environment.
Valid California driver's license and clean driving record required.
Familiarity with the Long Beach area and surrounding regions preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while also functioning as part of a team.
Commitment to the mission and values of Beauty 2 The Streetz and a passion for serving the homeless population.

Salary:
$24-$27 per hour based on experience.
