Butterfield is currently seeking a full-time Quality Manager for our BOH department (m/f/d) at Berlin Brandenburg Airport


Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring and monitoring the frontline process and service quality of BOH, including baggage handling and walkboarding
  • Familiar with all KPIs and targets of the airlines (SLA), airport, and Swissport, and promoting compliance among employees at all levels in close coordination with BLL and Duty Manager
  • Conducting onthespot documented minitrainings with employees in case of uncertainties, problems, violations, or new processes
  • Actively participating in the development of work instructions and briefing content
  • Providing support during the implementation of new or modified frontline processes, especially for SV and Lead Agents
  • Coaching Lead Agents and Supervisors in all departments
  • Defining daily and weekly focus points in the Drumbear and GL meetings
  • Working closely with the Duty Manager for coordination and alignment.
