Monday-Friday, 4AM-12:30PM Shift


Summary/Objective

  • Daily Delivery of Turf products and accompanying accessories
  • Ensure truck is properly loaded and load secured; truck is in operational condition and product is delivered without any damage sustained.
  • Unloading product at each stop. Ensuring the order is fulfilled in accordance to the corresponding paperwork, reporting any discrepancies immediately for remedy.
  • Perform Pre & Post trip inspections of the vehicle
  • Organize endofday paperwork for office administration
  • Lifting 50 lbs regularly lifting 100 lbs occasionally
  • Reflect Artificial Grass Core Values in all business interactions.
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures related to all facets of job
  • Conduct Site Surveys. Ability to effectively use technology and software will be required while in the field. Effectively measure yards using estimation technology.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 1 year of delivery driver experience utilizing a 26' truck
  • 1 year experience as a professional driver of bulk items
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be eligible for coverage under the company's insurance policy which requires: a clean driving record, and the driver's license originally issued over three years ago.
  • Ability to safely lift 50 lbs without assistance, and 100 lbs without assistance
  • Must be able to work overtime and occasional Saturdays when needed
  • Familiar with manual labor, and ability to utilize basic tools
  • Basic math skills

Work Environment:


  • This position works predominately outdoors delivering to both residential and commercial areas
  • Directly interacts with customers on a daily basis
