The one-on-one relationship with their wine consultant allows customers the opportunity of discovering and appreciating the wide range of wines, grape varieties, wine growing regions, estates and vintages. And so, the wine lover can become a connoisseur through their experiences of guided the wine tastings with their personal wine consultant.

    Position Available

    The candidate will start as a Branch Manager Trainee, with training occurring in our Milwaukee office. PRP Wine International will cover all moving costs when training is completed and promotion to Branch Manager in one of our 17 markets across 9 states occurs. The training program is expected to last 6 months with some time spent in our Orlando office in support of the current team and Branch Manager. The majority of the candidates time will be spent in Milwaukee working alongside the local Branch Manager, Tim O'Brien.

    What you need to do to succeed
    • Self-Starter and Organized

    • Comfortable calling existing and cold calling clients to set wine tastings and events
    • Ability to build long-term relationships through personal interaction
    • Willingness to participate in community functions and events, including evenings and weekends
    Job Requirements
    • Must be 21 years or older
    • Must be willing to relocate to after the BMT training program
    • Must be willing to spend some time working in our Milwaukee market as well (hotel/car allowance and per diem provided when visiting market)
    • College degree or equivalent experience preferred
    • 1-2 years of B2B or B2C sales experience preferred
    • Experience hiring and training new talent is a plus
    • Wine knowledge is a plus
    • Must have reliable transportation to travel to appointments
    • Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary
    • Must be able to enjoy selling wine
