    Our entry-level Management Trainee provides exceptional leadership, clear direction, and continuous guidance to the sales team. We consistently and pro-actively partner with business leaders to bring the best telecommunications services directly to the consumer. Our entry-level Management Trainees believe that the way we work can add meaning and value to the world. Those ideas inspire positive change, and that coloring outside the lines can illuminate fresh perspectives. And that small details yield important realizations. Above all, we believe that collaboration is the best way forward for our entry-level Management Trainees' growth.

    As An Entry-Level Management Trainee, You Will:

    • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
    • Form and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
    • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize sales
    • Generate trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and telecommunications clients
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our sales solutions according to customer needs and objectives
    • Communicate progress openly of monthly/quarterly initiatives to enhance sales
    • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
    • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

    Entry-Level Management Trainee Requirements:

    • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
    • Excellent active listening skills
    • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
    • Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends
    • Extensive, accurate product knowledge
    • Prior sales or business management experience wanted
