    The

    Logistics Transport Department

    (MA/LOT-EMEA) implements new transport processes, coordinates tenders, organizes direct deliveries.


    Its range of responsibilities includes:
    steering customer deliveries, controlling logistics service providers, transport damage management and other transport related processes.

    ► Organization and monitoring of ovearseas transport
    ► Implementation of new lines, carriers in accordance with customer requirements
    ► Tracking open customs declarations for shipments worldwide
    ► Cooperation with international carriers and customs in order to close open customs declarations
    ► Process optimization using tools such as VBA, PowerBI
    ► Timely reporting to those responsible in Karlsruhe on critical statuses of customs declarations
    ► SAP support for shipments from Germany (shift work)
    ►Faculty of Transportation and Traffic engineering, Faculty of Organizational Science, Faculty of Economics or similar
    ►Knowledge in the field of customs operations (regulations, documents, export shipments)
    ►General understanding and interest on logistics processes
    ►Customer oriented
    ►Working accuracy, detail and customer oriented
    ►High skills in MS Excel
    ►English mandatory, German preferably
    ►Ability to work in a team
