As an IT administrator (m/f/d), you will strengthen the Mightycare support team.

Working hours? Full-time.

When? Starting immediately.

Where? Hennef or Frankfurt am Main in the office and home office (hybrid work model).

Tasks:

  • You will work in and independently support our customers via telephone, email, and remote software such as Anydesk, Teams, etc.
  • You will assist our customers in the areas of virtualization solutions, Windows and Linux server services, server hardware, storage components, and server operating systems and their networks, depending on your qualifications.
  • You will monitor the system landscape and create monthly health checks with improvement suggestions
