Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the proper inspection and closing process of termite packages.
  • Follow up with given leads and maintain the scheduled appointments.
  • Utilize market knowledge to identify potential opportunities for growth
  • Negotiate terms and close sales effectively
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Utilize our selling software to track leads and opportunities

Requirements:


  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals
  • Excellent market knowledge and understanding of customer needs
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced sales environment

Pay:
$75, $102,629.00 per year


Compensation package:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay
  • Monthly bonus
  • Uncapped commission

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Travel requirement:

  • Up to 50% travel

Ability to Relocate:

  • Houston, TX: Relocate before starting work (required)
