Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service to clients.
  • Dispatch service technicians to customer locations.
  • Manage customer service requests from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Process payments and manage customer accounts.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and service requests.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including quality assurance and safety protocols.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
  • Proven customer service experience in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detailoriented with excellent followthrough skills.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • A positive attitude and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
