Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions
- Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Skills:
- Proficient in administrative tasks
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Experience in team management
- Excellent calendar management skills
- Ability to maintain and organize files efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
