We are currently seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (with the possibility of working from home) Customer Service/Sales Employee for FSC/PEFC/RSPO Product Chain Certification (m/f/d) to join our team at GFA Certification GmbH in Hamburg.

We are one of the leading certification organizations in the field of natural resources and supply chains.

Since our establishment, we have built a customer base of over 2,500 businesses in 37 countries, primarily in the wood/paper and forestry industries.

(FSC A000511 and PEFC/) We also work in the areas of "Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil / RSPO", "GoldStandard", "Blauer Engel" and "Sustainable Resource Verification Scheme / SURE".

SURE stands for "Sustainable Resource Verification Scheme".

Your responsibilities will include planning, conducting, and preparing for certification and other audits (international), quality control of audit reports and processes, creating offers and negotiating contracts, acquiring new business and developing our market presence, training staff and auditors, communicating and maintaining relationships with customers, auditors, and partners, maintaining and expanding our database.


Your profile:

Ideally, you have at least two years of professional experience in the wood industry, such as a printing company, wood trading company, or sawmill, and have a relevant university degree.
