    We are currently seeking a skilled Customer Experience Coordinator.

    **Position Summary:**

    With guidance from the Account Management team you will support & foster long-term, successful relationships with our customers. Ensure customer satisfaction by executing customer requests and escalating any gaps in our service deliverables.

    **Responsibilities:**

    Supports day to day account activities (e.g. quotes, customer communications and onboarding, portal updates)

    Support Account Management team with their assigned accounts to deliver exceptional customer experience.

    Maintains data to drive customer analytics and ensure customer Service Level Agreements are met

    Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

    **Requirements:**

    2+ years of B2B customer service experience in a high volume, fast-paced industry is strongly preferred.

    Solid working knowledge with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & ability to learn various web platforms.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Ability to interface professionally and with autonomy.

    Ability to coordinate with multiple individuals across the organization.

    Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.

    Demonstrated customer service skills to address customer issues and concerns with professionalism and urgency.

    Knowledge of commercial HVAC and Refrigeration industry is a plus.
