Description

The General Superintendent will oversee the production operations within a specific division, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety, customer service, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:
Manage division projects to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion while maintaining quality standards.

Financial Review:
Collaborate with Operation Managers and Contract Administrators to review billing projections and monthly billings.

Schedule Management:
Work with field supervisors to maintain accurate project schedules and ensure monthly updates.

Quality Assurance:
Inspect work for compliance with construction documents, building codes, and manufacturer standards; enforce safety protocols.

Contract Management:
Review subcontractor agreements to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards.

Communication:
Clarify contract and technical matters, manage high-level project issues, and maintain open communication with clients and third-party organizations.

Administrative Coordination:
Partner with administrative teams to complete tasks such as RFI's, budgets, and projections.

Change Management:
Oversee Requests for Change/Change Order Requests, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in operations management within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction software, financial reports, and project management principles.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret technical information clearly.
Ability to manage and allocate divisional manpower effectively.

Pay:
$120, $140,000.00 per year
