We are currently seeking a full-time Credit Officer (m/f/d) "Loans, Guarantees" to join our "SME and Municipal Financing" organizational unit.

Your responsibilities will include:
advising and negotiating with customers and financing partners, as well as assessing and preparing loan applications (including creating qualified balance sheet analysis reports) in the third-party initiated, risk-bearing loan business of ISB; preparing and drafting offers and contract documents, as well as reviewing disbursement requirements; ongoing monitoring of engagements; recording and evaluating credit-relevant information (annual financial statements in EBIL) and creating the ISB credit rating (DSGV); involvement in project work and conceptual development of funding programs

Your profile:
banking education or completed business administration studies or equivalent qualification; experience in corporate lending and housing finance at primary banks; knowledge of credit risk analysis and assessment (including credit rating) as well as credit contract law; knowledge of EU state aid law and SAP is advantageous; strong team orientation and
