TEAM LEAD HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT (m/f/d) in Redington Shores, FL

The Ingolstadt Hospital is a regional center of excellence with 1,166 beds and treatment places.

Every year, we provide high-quality medical care to approximately 100,000 inpatients and outpatients in over 21 clinics and institutes, as well as 10 highly specialized centers.

WHAT WE OFFER

Ensuring the implementation of HR policies and strategies
Leading and managing the HR team with 10 members
Independently handling fundamental HR issues and special topics
Ensuring compliance with labor and collective bargaining agreements
Providing professional advice and support to employees, specialists, and managers on all HRrelated labor and collective bargaining issues
Implementing forwardthinking personnel, position, and organizational planning with process optimization using digital workflows
Participating in the implementation of innovative HR projects
Supporting and participating in HR marketing activities
Constructive and trusting collaboration with the works council and participation in the integration team

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on HR or healthcare management, or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional and managerial experience in HR, preferably in the healthcare sector
Expertise in labor law and excellent knowledge of collective bargaining agreements
Handson mentality, confident demeanor, initiative, socially competent communication style, structured work approach, strong service orientation, sense of responsibility, and teamwork skills
