    TL;DR:
    We're hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to sharpen and scale how Imubit communicates product value, differentiates in the market, and enables revenue teams to win. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who can operate at both the strategic and execution layers: from market insight and positioning, to launch plans and sales enablement, to measurable improvements in pipeline conversion and expansion. This person will be AI-first by default, deeply hands-on and comfortable experimenting with AI models and using them to dramatically increase speed, quality, and leverage across research, writing, analysis, and content production.

    In this position, you will:
    Strategy
    • Develop advanced level understanding of customer Jobs-to-be-Done, across users, technical stakeholders, and executive buyers.
    • Build and continuously refine positioning + messaging that clearly explains The Job-to-be-Done that Imubit targets, and Imubit's unique and differentiated solution for that JTBD.
    • Develop strong understanding of the competitive and adjacent landscape (direct competitors, internal alternatives, "do nothing").
    • Develop a strong understanding of how AI platforms are evaluated, bought, deployed, and expanded in our target markets.
    • Become deeply fluent in Imubit's technology, including strengths, limitations, and differentiation.
    • Leverage AI continuously to "supersize" market and customer research synthesis to sharpen strategic insights.
    • Maintain strong judgment: validate outputs, avoid hallucinations, and uphold credibility with technical and executive audiences.
    • Establish a repeatable framework for translating product capabilities into customer outcomes, ROI narratives, and GTM assets.
    • Build and maintain strong "AI-Fitness", which is not just using AI tools, but experimenting with AI models, platforms and pipelines, to develop and maintain the capability to apply best-in-class AI solutions to the problem at hand.
    Execution
    • Own end-to-end go-to-market execution for launches including launch briefs, timelines, readiness, internal enablement, external rollout, post-launch tracking and iteration
    • Apply repeatable AI workflows (templates, prompts, structured inputs/outputs) that increase speed without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
    • Produce high-quality, high-leverage customer-facing and sales-facing materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers and competitive battlecards.
    • Utilize AI for rapid writing and iteration of briefs, decks, messaging, and enablement content generation/repurposing.
    • Use AI tools to streamline meeting preparation, follow-ups, and decision capture to increase team-wide leverage.
    • Drive revenue impact through PMM systems that improve pipeline conversion, win rate, and expansion readiness.
    • Build scalable, lightweight operating processes for messaging governance and voice-of-customer insights loops.
    • Define leading and lagging PMM KPIs and operationalize them with stakeholders.
    What success looks like:
    • Clear, consistent positioning and messaging adopted across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
    • A repeatable launch process that improves internal readiness and external clarity.
    • Sales enablement assets that materially improve sales execution (measured via usage + qualitative feedback).
    • A reliable competitive intelligence loop and battlecards that show up in real deals.
    • Strong voice-of-customer insight flow that influences roadmap discussions and GTM focus.
    • Demonstrated AI leverage: faster iteration cycles, more throughput, and higher quality deliverables.
    Qualifications:
    • BS/BA degree required, MS/MA/MBA welcomed
    • 7+ years of B2B product marketing experience (enterprise/technical preferred).
    • Proven ownership of positioning, messaging, launches, and sales enablement.
    • Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to drive alignment without authority.
    • Excellent communication skills: structured, crisp, persuasive, high signal-to-noise.
    • High ownership mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
    • Strong analytical thinking: can translate customer + market input into clear actions.
    • Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm to use AI tools to amplify output.
    • Travel requirements 15-20%
    Nice-to-have Qualifications:
    • Experience in AI platforms, industrial software, optimization, or data-heavy products.
    • Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
    • Experience enabling internal teams for expansion/retention motions.
    • Comfort marketing technical products to both technical and executive personas.
