Your Responsibilities:
- Design, project planning, and qualification of new tools
- Structural evaluation and optimization of existing punching and forming tools
- Assessment of feasibility and cost-effectiveness of new projects
- Conducting technical feasibility analyses
- Project management of forming and progressive die tools
- Execution and coordination of project and planning tasks
- Implementation of new and existing manufacturing technologies
Our Requirements:
- Completed technical degree (university/FH) or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in a manufacturing company (automotive experience preferred)
- Experience in punching and forming technology
- Comprehensive knowledge of tool design (preferably Solid Works)
- Experience in coordinating and managing projects
- Strong practical approach and high analytical competence
- Resilience, teamwork, and assertiveness
- Quality awareness and interface competence
- Good computer skills (Office applications)
- Fluent in German and English
