Job Summary:

Production Associate & Installer

Duties

• Production and assembly of vinyl and full color graphics that can be weeded, cut, applied, printed and mounted to substrates
• Duties may include the installation of a variety of signage including banners, posters, channel letters, window graphics and vehicle wraps.
• Work with different substrates including aluminum, PVC, acrylic
• Assemble and fabricate signs, banners, graphics
• Masks, weeds, and applies vinyl graphics to various substrates, windows and/or vehicles
• Loads and operates plotter and laminators
• Learn and operate C&C router efficiently. We will train on all equipment.
• Laminating graphics and cutting various types of substrates
• Proficient with hand tools and power drills for installation of signs in the field
• Must be able to use an X-Acto knife and ruler efficiently
• Some installation projects may require the use of ladders or personal lifts
• Accurately update our online sign production system
• Learn sign production, vinyl cutting, RIP software, digital printing and sign installation.
• Assist in workflow, department process improvement and planning.
• Attention to detail and highquality work standards are a must.
• Interact with customers in a professional and knowledgeable manner
• Must be able to work independently and mange work flow with excellent time management skills

Required Skills & Experience
- experience in printing, production and design. We are willing to train as needed.

• Experience with large format printers and C&C router is a plus
• Cleaning and basic maintenance of large format printers, plotter, laminator and overall shop organization and cleanliness.
• Previous sign or print industry experience preferred but not required if willing to learn new skills.
• Experience cutting, laminating, mounting and sign finishing
• Sign installation and vehicle wrap experience a plus
• Highly motivated, detailed oriented and creative personality
• Excellent communication and customer service skill
• Prompt, reliable and responsible
• Able to successfully manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
