Your responsibilities:


  • Coordination and ensuring the quality and timely completion of all activities in the Sales Admin Backoffice team
  • Interface with internal stakeholders such as sales, marketing, and field sales
  • Optimization of departmental processes
  • Project work
  • Reporting
  • Ensuring availability via the AD hotline
  • Responding to inquiries from sales, KAM, and pharmacy field sales
  • Supporting the wholesale sales management in cooperation, rebate, inventory loss, and interest loss settlements with wholesalers
  • Coordination and ensuring timely creation of promotional materials and systembased provision of campaigns for order processing in CRM
  • Representing the employee responsible for KAM in their absence
  • Conducting SFCF checks
