Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for creating and modifying CNC programs to produce precision parts. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for lathe and milling machines
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to determine machining requirements
• Utilize GD&T principles to ensure accurate dimensions and tolerances
• Collaborate with engineers and machinists to troubleshoot and resolve programming issues
• Perform CAM programming using industrystandard software
• Conduct geometric dimensioning and tolerance (GD&T) inspections
• Use bore gauges, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to verify part dimensions
• Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to programmed instructions
• Conduct quality checks on finished parts using coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
• Maintain tooling inventory and ensure proper tool selection for each job
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role
• Proficiency in CAM programming software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidCAM)
• Strong knowledge of geometry, trigonometry, and GD&T principles
• Familiarity with Fanuc or similar CNC control systems
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Experience operating CNC machines and using measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, bore gauges)
• Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities

Pay:
From $55,000.00 per year
