Dispatcher - $67,000/yr

This is a full-time position based in our Westlake Village office.

Days:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday (Off Thursday and Friday)

Hours:
Start time beginning at 10:30 am
We are seeking a responsible and organized administrative professional to join us as a Dispatcher with Training responsibilities.

This position oversees truck team duties, work well independently and with others, as well as be an excellent communicator and coach related to training others.

Responsibilities:

Answer calls and document important information.
Respond to any issues and followup by coordinating with the appropriate truck team members.
Operate and manage calls and messages from customers, team members, and management.
New technology including iPhone, Tablet & access to integrated software
Respond to queries related to scheduled services and proactively reach out if route changes will impact timelines
Prioritize and organize calls and services according to the urgency
Manage Dispatch schedule to ensure availability is maximized and
Conduct Trainings/Coachings for highest level of performance amongst Truck Team Members.
Ensure compliance to rest and meal breaks
Make and receive checkin calls from Truck Team Members
Conduct Welcome Calls
Supervise the route and status of field teams to prioritize their daily schedule
Maintain and update call logs, call records and other important documentation within our booking and scheduling system.

Requirements:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required
2+ years of experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledgeable and Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, Excel, Word, G-Suite, etc.
GPS software experience desired
Strong attentiontodetail and multitasking abilities
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast pace environment
