The Verdener Cookie and Waffle Factory Hans Freitag GmbH & Co. KG is a family-owned company in Verden that has been producing fine pastries with great care and love for many decades. We produce around 130 different cookie and waffle products in bags and other packaging and market them nationally and internationally.

Employee as Packaging Manager (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a full-time Packaging Manager (m/f/d) for our production. Your responsibilities with us:

Supervising and further developing the employees in the packaging department
Ensuring a smooth production process in terms of business, quality, sustainability, and occupational safety
Analyzing, optimizing, and further developing process and team workflows in collaboration with the management
Independently creating staff planning and conducting employee meetings
Participating in projects

What you should bring:

Successfully completed training or relevant further education in the food industry or another relevant technical field
At least 3 years of professional experience as a team leader or manager in a manufacturing company
Initiative and interest in implementing process optimizations
Proficiency in Office applications and organizational skills
Reliability, teamwork, and a confident,
