Your future. What to expect

  • Ensuring smooth and highly available operation of our centrally managed hybrid Microsoft Exchange environment as well as the company-wide Microsoft Active Directory including its associated central subsystems
  • Provision and operation of Exchange servers and domain controllers
  • Creation of permission structures in Active Directory
  • Establishment and operation of laboratory environments for Active Directory and Exchange
  • Creation of requirement analyses and specifications, implementation and monitoring
  • Error analysis and resolution with development of strategies for service improvement
  • Assuming 2nd/3rd level support for the companies of the corporate group
  • Participation in on-call duty
  • Interface and consulting function to other departments and companies of the corporate group, including escalation management
  • Documentation of processes and changes
  • Willingness to travel upon agreement

Your profile. What you bring

  • Completed IT studies or completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
  • Basic knowledge in the areas of Exchange/Active Directory administration
  • Knowledge in conducting migrations in on-premises and M365 environments
  • Interest and motivation to familiarize yourself with independent administration of Exchange and Active Directory
  • Knowledge in creating scripts
