Human Resources Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Recruitment of personnel needs (from selection to contract conclusion)
  • Responsibility for the entire administrative personnel management, personnel support and personnel controlling
  • Optimization and further development of processes, methods and tools
  • Strategic planning of personnel policy and personnel development within the company
  • Contact person for personnelrelated matters within the company, both internally and externally

Your profile:

  • Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification, with a focus on human resources
  • Several years of professional experience as a human resources manager or personnel officer with management responsibility
  • Experience in building and shaping a human resources department
  • Knowledge of labor, tax and social security law as well as time management
  • Confident handling of common MS Office programs
  • Personally, you are characterized by a high level of social competence, good organizational skills, initiative, the necessary assertiveness and at the same time diplomatic skill
