    We're looking for an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Associate to be the face and heartbeat of our practice.

    Your experience in managing fast-paced environments and creating positive customer interactions will play a pivotal role in enhancing our patients' health and satisfaction.


    As the Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be the heartbeat of our clinic, offering the first impression that sets the stage for the patient experience.

    This position is tailor-made for individuals who have proven themselves in dynamic retail settings, especially those accustomed to leading by example and making quick, thoughtful decisions.

    Your mission will be to ensure that the front desk operations hum with efficiency and warmth, mirroring the care our practitioners dedicate to every patient.


    Responsibilities


    • Offer a warm, professional welcome to patients, setting a positive tone for their visit.
    • Coordinate patient appointments with precision, managing scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups.
    • Tackle administrative duties, such as handling patient records and billing, with attention to detail.
    • Leverage your retail experience to navigate a bustling environment, keeping operations smooth and responsive.
    • Draw upon your history of creating standout customer interactions to boost patient satisfaction.
    • Work closely with healthcare professionals to uphold our clinic's commitment to excellent patient care.

    • Background in retail as a lead cashier, shift supervisor, or a similar customer-facing role, demonstrating a flair for exceptional service.
    • Proven capacity to excel in fast-paced settings and make swift, effective decisions.
    • A track record of crafting memorable customer experiences.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people.

    • Flexibility and reliability in commuting to any of our locations as needed, ensuring you're available where and when our patients need you.
