Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers.
As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and medication
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate parties
Requirements:
- Prior experience in caregiving is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are essential
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
