We would like to welcome you to our team as an apprentice for:
Business Administrator in Healthcare (m/f/d). The apprenticeship lasts for 3 years and is to be filled. The vocational school is in Aulendorf and the practical training takes place in Bad Schussenried.

Your tasks include:
recording, transmitting and monitoring costs, developing and implementing marketing concepts, evaluating and billing services with health insurance companies, creating financial and liquidity plans, creating employment contracts and salary statements, procuring goods, using operational planning, control and controlling instruments, and independently working on projects

Your profile:

secondary school leaving certificate or an equivalent recognized educational qualification, interest in health economics issues and problems, teamwork skills, flexibility, communication skills, motivation, and willingness to perform.

We offer you a versatile and varied training position, during which you will go through all relevant departments (human resources, patient data management, finance, controlling, pharmacy, quality management, business department, public relations, purchasing, IT, WfbM administration), an annual apprentice team day, opportunities for further education and training, in-house lessons and discussions, regular apprentice meetings, and placement on a ward.
